These Terms of Service ("ToS") set out the commercial terms under which Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd provides access to the TruSec platform. These ToS supplement and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Access & Subscription

Access to TruSec is provided on a subscription basis or as otherwise agreed in a separate Order Form. Your subscription tier determines the features, query limits, and integration capabilities available to your account. Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify subscription tiers with 30 days' notice.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use TruSec strictly for legitimate, professional cybersecurity purposes within your organization. You are responsible for ensuring that all users under your account comply with this ToS. Enterprise customers who integrate TruSec via API must implement appropriate controls to prevent unauthorized or abusive usage.

3. Service Availability

We target high availability for the TruSec platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, or third-party data provider outages.

4. Data Usage & Query Inputs

Queries and inputs submitted to TruSec may be used to improve platform performance, train AI models, and enhance threat intelligence accuracy, unless you have opted out under an Enterprise Data Agreement. Do not submit personally identifiable information, sensitive personal data, or confidential data that you are not authorized to disclose. Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd does not take responsibility for any data submitted by users.

5. Output Accuracy & Professional Judgment

TruSec outputs are generated by AI models trained on cybersecurity data and real-time threat intelligence feeds. While we strive for accuracy, outputs should be treated as informational guidance and not as definitive legal, compliance, or security advice. All critical security decisions should be validated by qualified professionals.

TruSec is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel or certified security professionals when making high-stakes compliance or incident response decisions.

6. API Access

Where API access is provided, you agree to use it only in accordance with our published API documentation. Rate limits apply to all API tiers. Automated or scripted abuse of the API is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

7. Suspension & Termination

Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd may suspend or terminate your access to TruSec immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these ToS, engaged in abusive usage, or posed a security risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access TruSec ceases and we may delete your account data subject to applicable retention obligations.

8. Fees & Payment

Subscription fees are as specified in your Order Form or the current pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

9. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding TruSec, you grant Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, incorporate, and commercialize such feedback without obligation to you.

10. Entire Agreement

These ToS, together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd regarding your use of TruSec and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
