These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TruSec, an AI-powered cybersecurity intelligence platform operated by Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at trusec.io. By accessing or using TruSec, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the TruSec platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Description of Service

TruSec provides an AI-powered cybersecurity answer engine that delivers threat intelligence, compliance guidance, and application security insights. The platform aggregates data from 50+ real-time threat intelligence feeds. Features include:

• Intelligent chat interface with conversation history and suggested follow-ups
• Threat intelligence lookup across real-time feeds and IOC databases
• Compliance and regulatory guidance (GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and more)
• Application security analysis and CVE assessment
• SOAR capabilities with human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms (where available)
• Custom threat intelligence feed integration

3. Account Registration & Security

To access TruSec, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Permitted Use

TruSec is intended solely for lawful, professional cybersecurity and security research purposes. You may use the platform to:

• Investigate threats, vulnerabilities, and malware relevant to your organization
• Query compliance requirements applicable to your operations
• Research defensive security measures and best practices
• Integrate TruSec outputs into your organization's security workflows

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use TruSec for any of the following:

• Developing, deploying, or assisting offensive cyberattacks against any system without explicit authorization
• Creating malware, exploits, or tools designed to cause harm or unauthorized access
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the platform's security controls
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract proprietary data or AI model weights
• Uploading false, misleading, or malicious inputs to manipulate platform outputs
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, AI models, data structures, branding, and documentation made available through TruSec are the exclusive property of Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from TruSec's proprietary materials without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TruSec is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy across our threat intelligence data, we make no warranties — express or implied — that the platform's outputs are error-free, complete, up-to-date, or suitable for any specific security decision. Outputs should be reviewed by qualified security professionals before acting upon them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, TruSec — including reliance on platform outputs for security decisions, system configurations, or compliance activities. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Integrations

TruSec integrates with or may link to third-party services and threat intelligence feeds. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Spydra Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party providers.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
